No disrespect or no malicious shots, but I think either they didn’t fully comprehended the movie or understood what was going on.

That's not answering what I said. Captain Carter would be a new character to them. This movie leans too much into the streaming shows. If you want to do a wink and a nod here and there, fine but you cannot have the foundation of your plot be based on something that you had to consume six hours of to understand.

I saw it with someone who had only seen the MCU flicks that Black Panther was in and she didn't know who any of The Illuminati were except for Prof. X.

7/10. Partly I think I’ve been spoiled by the huge epic movies. With the exception of Shang chi, all of the less grand movies have not impressed me since endgame. but this was solid.

Better than eternals and bw. Not better than nwh or sc.

Kinda just left me wondering what’s next.

The average person doesn't know who Captain Carter is nor Billy and Tommy along with the events of Westview. I don't like the idea of throwing in Disney+ shows as the backbone of the plot.

I do feel you on that my Rell.

But I will say this…. At this point in pretty much ALL these CBM add people in that the some person don’t know.

But we so deep in to MCU….. that the average person knows who is who on a small scale

Vision's death was the initial psychotic break though. It was what made her imprison that whole town in sitcom hell.
MoM made it seem like Vision wasn't that big a deal since he wasn't included in her "Big Happy Family" mania.

She was a plot device not a character

Basically a suped up infinity stone with spoken parts
None of which resonated in any scene. (Not her fault)

Yeah I was laughing with a friend about that, literally could have her brother, husband and kids back. All people she cares deeply for but....

That would be they would have to but effort into the story with her husband's and brothers asking what's her problem and or fighting back... :/

Also disappointed they didn't show the kids powers since they manifested in the show.

And I bust out laughing when possessed Wanda awoke and looked around and just super jumped right back to the portal back to her kids.



Could been a epic Wanda and strange vs Wanda battle.

In the comics Iron Man has the idea for the Illuminati so they can prevent shyt before it happens

Leave the comics out of this, most people don’t know about it.
The trailers show Strange being escorted by Ultron bots in some heavenly castle being looked down upon by Professor X and others sitting on thrones like they are the in control of the Multiverse and telling him he needs to pay for his crimes. I know I’m not the only one who thought this giving the past year of multiverse madness plus in this movie they went through a door that was outside of time where that book was. Also in ‘What If’ Peggy was recruited to join a team of heroes from different universes.

They dropped numerous balls throughout this movie

If they were gonna do cheap fan service cameos then give me 4 mins of Tom Cruise as Superior Iron Man (for example) and that's better than MR fantastic showing up just to get shredded

Or Patrick Stewart reprising his role as useless bish Xavier from the 90s cartoon



It could've been amazing and it's more like 5.5/10
