The DMV can't complete with ATL when in comes to black women looks and attitude. All women, I'd give it to DC. There are a lot of classy chicks in Silver Spring, but mostly Northern VA (Arlington and Fairfax).

To be honest tho, nothing is safe and affordable when your that close to DC. It's one or the other. Silver Spring is maybe you best shot but even then you'd be paying a lot to stay in a lackluster apt full of nikkaz and foreigners.

An opportunity to move to MD next year Has popped up, what the strip clubs thru there be like?

DC clubs are garbage with all the rules, pg county has only a few i'd go to without getting ultra dopeboy hood. those that i'd go to are fun, just few in number. bmore has the infamous Block lined with clubs of all kinds, i've never been tho.
