Are Richmond, Tidewater, and Va Beach nikkaz in here claiming DMV?

Nah, they their own thing down there. They do be listening to GoGo sometimes and copped some of our slang and root for the Redskins (even harder than us frfr) down there tho. The V in DMV mainly relates to Northern Virginia, more particularly Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax County, and Prince William County. Plus, those four places are where most of the Black ppl on the VA side live in.

Man it's kinda expensive, average rent over here is probably $1100-1300 a month for a basic apartment. I'm sure DC got us beat for sure on high rent prices.

Yes. Woodbridge down to Dumfries - I think it's about 50/50, we definitely have a significant number in PW, white hispanic and white people making up the rest. Dumfries from Port Potomac, Williamstown to Forest Park is probably 70% black. North Stafford down to Fredericksburg- nahhh, probably 30% black. They still fly confederate flags down that way.
