Seat Pleasant? :mjlol:

District Height? It depends :patrice:I would recommend houses on and off of Kipling Pkwy, or near Ritchie Rd. Also, Millwood-Waterford off of Walker Mill Rd but outside of that:huhldup:
How about Capitol Heights (city limits)

I had a friend out there and it seems fine just a bit run down

But there’s a lot of development opportunity there and I like a lot of the homes that are close to the metro

The newish community off of Addison Rd is really nice. Wilburn is an older quiet community too. I wouldn’t purchase anything on Larchmont or the surrounding area:whoa:

Sat in the VIP level at the Wizards game last night, came with unlimited food and beer & wine. The food was way better than the normal concourse food (meatloaf sliders, ribs, nacho station, carnitas, cakes, cookies…)

I’d probably do it again tbh, if you eat and drink enough, it’s probably cheaper than what’d you pay at the concession stands. The cheapest seats in this section for this season are about $300. I was directly behind the Wizards bench. Some annoying kids behind me kept trying to get the players attention…they finally got Jordan Poole’s and asked for his shoes. He said

“can’t fit em”

Also: there was a lot of black excellence hanging out in the Monumental VIP lounge. Great opportunity for networking (and chances to dirty mack the players’ wives :manny:)
