Ft worth got all those cacs working out at Barnett Shale. Hunt, Pioneer, Range all hire out of the Ft. Worth good ol boys network. You combine that with the Western culture there and you get the hickish vibe.

It’s actually nothing like that. Two distinct cities. In ft worth East and south sides where all the nikkas are. North is the Mexicans, West is the crakkkas except for areas like como.
