DAWG, I was like :why:

How the hell you gon tell me this is "hood" and you can see snowcapped mountains anywhere you turn in the distance?

I saw lots of white people & black people just walking around on the street TOGETHER at like 1-2am in the morning. That aint happening in South Dallas.

Basically their idea of "ghetto" is McDonalds, Wendys, Taco Bell, etc that havent upgraded to the new modern model of building style.

:usure:

Im guessing you never been to Las Vegas, Denver or Phoenix

Only true area in Dallas that would be considered truly ghetto/hood is the South Dallas area.

Definitely compared to these areas here in Memphis. Oak Cliff and Pleasant Glove would be considered a low middle class area in Memphis.

I talking about Dallas hoods compared to other cities like Detroit, Baltimore, and Memphis.

If you been to these cities you would understand.

I tell people out here this all the time.

I remember visiting family in st.louis, then going across the river to east st.louis and alton.
I came back to Dallas like:rudy:

joppy is a hood in dallas..2 places in dallas that will fukk ya nose hairs up..south dallas(the trinity) and joppy

Yes I understand that.

But not on the level as for example the Frayser and Coro Lake areas in Memphis. Which is like walking through hell on Earth.

I can't believe people actually live their.

Why yall got into it. Where you stayed at?

I stayed in Garland. But shyt would just pop off wit em for random reasons since they would try to flex on "suburb nikkas" in different situations (parties, bball games, the fair, nikkas transferring from the schools out there)

shyt used to be hilarious to me though

nikkas would give you the :birdman: when at the fair with the goons

Then hit you with the :pachaha: :krs: when yall end up on the same summer league team and shyt

I fucced with this grove bytch who used to stay tryin me cuz i lived in mesquite. Ho talked shyt that i wasnt from the hood and how bad the grove is.
Then i told the ho i was from cali n exposed her ass for being a fake crip, dropping all sorts of knowledge on her having her looking stupid then talking about "well im not really crip, i just got put on, we rep hoods out here"

I aint been there since like '08, but damn that was a depressing place.

Nobody was out on the freeway, building all burned down or windows blowed out, nobody out on the street in the city.

Only place there were people were downtown by the casino and at the ice skating rinks.
