Yep and this is why I never judge growing cities. We really don't know how this city will turn out.
Speaking to my great aunt who is 92. She mentioned before the great migration chicago and cleveland looked totally different. But as more people moved their the cities changed especially what was offered to the black population. Both cities went through transformations in a short period of time. Except Chicago actually became a world renowned city once it was opened up to corporations, hollywood and architecture (hat tip to Jane Byrne).
