Peter Parker been Spider-Man for YEARS!!!!!!! and managed to keep his true identity a secret for a majority of them shyts
Miles Morales 5 issues in and damn near everyone knows hes Spider-Man :martin:
im exaggerating, but damn! Every issue someone gets in on the secret (and i understand we live in different times with the social media and shyt) but thats not even a contributing factor right now :deadmanny:

and why is Maria Hill in EVERY Marvel comic right now? :beli:

It was worst at the height of her push

Word? I felt Falcon Cap, #10 was actually a very good issue.

That let's get all of the black heroes in the room because that's what we agreed to...was too absurd for me. "To be with his family" War Machine was a soldier first, who really didn't play the politics angle. Storm don't really give a eff about no War Machine. And while it made sense in the context of the story, no Tony present Carol giving the eulogy was ridiculous. I think I would've enjoyed it more had it been another character down or so random public citizen.

:jbhmm:

Crazy that we accept books where when only the white heroes get together in a room we dont bat an eye but when the black heroes all get together its considered absurd :heh:

The book explained that the gathering of the black heroes was really Luke Cage's idea, which makes sense being that in the past few years, he's been the one low-key hoping for a "black avengers" or something like that (not to mention that they all know each other). Plus, there aren't that many black heroes out there in the MU anyway, so losing one is noticeable. Rhodey is one of the "A-List" black heroes too, so its understandable that the other black heroes felt some type of way about it.

Storm (and T'Challa) being there made sense. Remember that Rhodey was one of the very few non-Wakandans, and the only non-Fantastic Four member, who fought with Wakanda--while Storm and BP were married--during the climax of Doomwar. Those three in particular fought side-by-side with each other during that conflict. So Storm being there makes sense.

And the book gave a very good reason why Sam was to give the Eulogy, even though he initially objected it (and even mentioned that Tony or Carol should do it). I felt the reason given was sound, imho.

who was that suposed to be taking pics in Spiderman?

Jessica Jones?

I think I kinda remember reading a book last week where someone sent Jessica Jones and Dakota-

Know what, I think I'll just start hotlinking the names of obscure people I talk about to their Wikis.

Anyway, I think I kinda remember reading a book last week where someone sent Jessica Jones and Dakota North to find somebody and take some pictures or something.

And yeah, I agree with whichever poster said it's ridiculous how everyone knows who Miles is.

Once I sober up, I'll rep you.
