it's probably ad nauseam at this point but yea Ewing def went from underrated to... meh.
And it's obvious with pleasant hill that Marvel's given the juice to Nick Spencer as their preferred/next on deck big event writer after Bendis (who gets the big fish in Civil War 2). New Avengers, Contest of Champions, Ultimates... just no real impact to the MU and not very captivating to read on their own merit either.
