how many issues of Karnak do you think we'll get out of Ellis?

Four? Five?

I mean.... first issue reads like classic Ellis.... but at the same time, it reads like an uninspired Ellis. Sort of "Paint By Numbers".

Like he didn't ask for the book, they just gave him a choice to do it and then offered a hooker made of living money for his services.

This sums up very well how I felt about the book, especially the way Karnak has now been turned into Ellis' typical a$$hole-protagonist who basks in his a$$hole-ness.

I just finished X-Men Utopia. I'm a lil disappointed that they didn't show more of the one-on-one between Cyclops and Norman Osborn. Still now sure if Norman was being truthful when he did that press conference to spin that L into a W.

Aurora flexed on Norman Osborn hard in that Dark X-Men tie-in.

Just started act 2 of Godhead. Damn good, so far. Disappointed in how they debuted the New Genesis Gods. They're not killers; even if it is the new characters doing the dirty work. Orion's attire looks lame.

Warren Ellis seems like a dikkhead from his writing. I read his books like "An a$$hole wrote this."

Y'all should cop Gail Simone's new Vertigo book it was pretty dope

Clean Room was really good. Can't wait to see where Simone is going with all of the stuff she put in issue #1. Plus Jon Davs-Hunt's art was on point.

Batgirl is still being a hipster super-hero but they have toned down a lot of the more in your face hipsterisms. Plus she is currently dating Luke Fox which I am sure has a lot of the racist fanboys all pissed off.
I haven't read a Supergirl comic on ages so I have no clue what's going on with that book.
