I wasn't sure about the change in focus on Southern b*stards but I am probably enjoying the Origin of Coach Boss more than I enjoyed the earlier issues.
bytch Planet has a decent premise and I like the art. If Deconnick can keep from bashing readers over the head with the "angry feminist/men are pieces of shyt" stuff then I think this book might have legs.
Axis is just terrible and whichever Kubert brother did the art needs to give back half of his paycheck because the book looked like crap. And the whole retcon of Magneto not being Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver's dad is stupid and effectively removes the most interesting thing about those two characters.
Hickman needs an editor on Avengers who can get him to be a bit less deconstructed with his storytelling. You will never convince me that dude couldn't have tightened this long ass epic story he is telling so that it would have taken have the time to get through.
Avengers World made no sense...so in the middle of all this bullshyt that is going on Doom steals some of the Scarlet Witch's powers to bring back Ant-Man's daughter? Not to put an end to the lunacy that is going on in the Marvel U; not to try and kill the red Skull, not to do anything that would actually be helpful. But because they are putting out an Ant-man movie and Cassie Lang will be alive in it Marvel just had to find the most hacky way possible to bring the character back.
The Mystique issue of Death of Wolverine Legacy has been the only one worth a damn and hopefully it actually leads to something cool.
