It's kinda funny marvel wants us to accept mystique and destiny as a great couple because their gay, and completely overlook the absolute fukking terrible shyt that they've done and will most likely continue to do.

So Krakoa goes out like Poochie so Marvel can go back to the regular status quo. It's hilarious how so many of the cliffhangers Gillen tried to sell in RtoPoX didn't have an explanation for the resolution and they just happened. The White Room mutants comeback somehow and have to leave with the island so the rest can go back to their old stories
This was certainly a "we did what we could" type of effort, and it shows.
Unless Gail Simone starts getting rave reviews, I ain't hopping on the new era of mutant stories, at least not for a couple of years

Ultimates #1 was cool. Glad to see them actually trying with Hank Pym and tackling his fukked up 616 status by giving his UU version a second chance knowing what 616 did 
Art was bleh though.
So Ultimatum (or whatever Hickman names this new Ultimate Universe big crossover event) will happen in December/January 2026. Which means his Spiderman run will at least last 18 issues, it's something I guess.

Son I was CRYING laughing at the action in X-Men #700. Nightcrawler proved why he a top 3 X-Man. Plus, I swear Marvel got some secret contest btw Charles Xavier and Hank Pym to see which character can get the most messed up storyline

The last time I saw Hank Pym in 616, they had this nikka getting eaten by a monster worm inside of The Soul Gem. Then before that he was that weird Ultron/Hank hybrid. Professor X and Hank have had THE most wildest n disrespectful story archs.

Well the Krakoan era ended with a thud.
Exodus and Apocalypse throwing tantrums was silly as hell. At least we got to see him beating down the X-Men again.
What exactly are they planning on doing with Xavier? Magneto has become more sympathetic these days than Charles.

I haven't been keeping track tbh but i'm not surprised. This is what happens when you run out of ideas or get lazy and choose to retread same ol shyt.
Granted part of it is the nature of the business in that big 2 american comics are never-ending day time soap operas where the MCs don't age or mature (or stay dead) past a certain point.
How many shock value deaths is Jean Grey gonna have? How many times will Doom almost do the unthinkable to Reed and Sue, but then next run Valeria is back hanging out in Latveria? lol

At least Magneto does not hide who he truly is and has spent decades struggling with his demons.
Charles on the other hand has done and continues to do so many underhanded and unethical shhyt while continuing to talk down from his soap box to anyone who disagrees with his actions as if he has the moral high ground.
He has been an insufferable character for about two decades now.

This pretty much nails how he has become an insufferable character over the last 20 years. If you are going to do underhanded, morally grey/immoral things then at least do it to help your people instead of doing it to save yourself.
