To this day I'm still bothered by this comic book cover.
Wally West and his family disappeared in Infinite Crisis and Bart Allen briefly became the new Flash in a new title caleld Flash: Fastest Man Alive.
The identity of The Flash of the title was kept secret, but this cover was shown.
Was he supposed to be some new black character or is it just bad lighting?

Don't the Allen's have some black admixture? I recall XX's being black.To this day I'm still bothered by this comic book cover.

I would. The art may not be your cup of tea, but the story makes up for it. Then again, I like superhero family books so I might be a but biased
