X-Men Red 
Ewing got the freedom to tell his story and he took full advantage of it. Both living islands embracing in a hug was funny as fukk (in a good, comic book way) and how everything came to a close was really well done. Ororo basically the most protected and powerful character in the Krakoa Era, out of any other mutant she got BY FAR the most feats of strength/abilities and by far the most Ws, she beat the fukk out of everyone she faced for 5 years 
The last 2 months of X-books have been really teetering, even Immortal X-Men felt bleh. For a project they had mapped out 3 years in advance, it's shocking how mediocre and disjointed these final moments before the last event have been. But at least X-Men Red was fukking awesome from beginning to end
