he's kind of justified, although he is being quite the a$$hole about it. with wolverine being an avenger he could have done it much more subtly instead of just out right attacking them.
I was just coming in here to say that I'm kinda tired of Uncanny Avengers showing up in books like cops without warrants.
As far as Cap knows they killed a bunch of people, either he can be an a$$hole and force them down or look like a p*ssy asking to turn themselves in.
And given their government sanctions they are cops.

those damn Skrulls.But lately all of the heroes have been written as too trusting or just stupid.
One can make Batman her a dancing puppet if she wants. Until last year was basically the most powerful entity in Marvel comics.
