I like Snyder, he has interesting ideas. Only thing, it’s like he PILES on too much stuff. His runs on books are like those burgers that some restaurants put online to draw attention that have 4 pieces of meat, covered in cheese wit a fried egg on top. It’s just too much sometimes.

I felt he started doing this heavy around Endgame. It went out of control with Metal. I haven't checked his JL run, but I feel it's gonna be heavy, too. :heh:

Snyder also (still) suffers from flashback-itis, where a lot of his issues start with a character recollecting some moment from their past that somehow ties into the character's current situation. He uses this trope so much it's as if people have forgotten to call him out on it.

Is the Hunted arc of Amazing Spider-Man any good? I thought about picking it up because of the Marvel sale, but I heard it wasn't that great so I may not bother.

Yeah, back in March or April.
I've actually liked it hopefully the conclusion really wraps it up nicely.

I fukkin love dollar boxes. Came up on the majority of issues for the Infinity Countdown/Wars mini-series. I thought the series was whatever, but I’m a Warlock stan and I like the stones saga. :manny:

no better feeling as a collector than trawling through those boxes in some random place and finding one or two books that'll bring a series to completion.
