I'm always :mjlol: at how Marvel shyts on Hank Pym any chance they get. His Infinity Countdown arc was :dead:

hes perpetually being tortured. that was some bs, but i knew it would happen.

He's still paying for the Wasp incident. Smack women brehs :damn:

hes the only one that constantly has his history thrown in his face. i dont think theres any character in capes thats cursed like that. especially when others have done so much worse, but then want to stand on their soapboxes

I stopped reading Infinity Countdown stuff because the whole event seemed like a waste of time that really didn't matter.

And the shytting on Pym stuff is most terrible because writers actually took the time to have Hank go through the process of atoning for his sins and becoming a better person and a more confident super-hero but shytty writers ignore all of that character growth and just want to act like he pimpslapped The Wasp last month and needs to be punished for it.

 Disney Princess Shuri, Moon Girl and RiRi Williams need to start a club

Princess Shuri, Lunella, and Riri = back up the brinks truck.

Scholastic books, cartoons, future MCU team-up flicks... yall thought girls trip and hidden figures were 'box office' successes :whew:

This is why they need diversity black people in high positions behind the scenes. Marvel lacks vision.

*Cue hypermasculine MCU/comic hybrid resting-bytch-face Shuri*

*Cue Marvel Rising*

 hell, imagine them dropping science facts/experiments at the end of episodes of their cartoon/issues of their books like some older cartoons used to. Or hell, even actual- ACTUAL life lessons (no sex ed).

:patrice: for real. That's 3 ages of female pre-adulthood wrapped up in smarts and blackness. RiRi for teens, Shuri for Junior High, Lunella for 8th and under. Then to round it out, they get smarter the younger they go to balance out their "immaturity".

it's a license to print money. :jbhmm:

edit: guest star folks like T'Challa, Luke Cage or Misty Knight and it's a WRAP.

If it must be a black woman writer then they should give Erika Alexander a shot. I enjoyed her Concrete Park book.

Concrete Park was phenomenal.

Trading Nnedi for Erika would be like trading Michael Olowokandi for Hakeem Olajuwon. MAJOR come up

but instead we'll get these overly emasculated artwork of Shuri with shytty one-liners to show how 'bad ass' she is

Erika Alexander/Concrete Park :takedat:

:patrice: she hasn't had any comics work since then, has she? They need to give her the nod. Her name alone will get folks interested.

:francis: SOME folks. But word would spread about who she is and she's doing comics for a major, word of multimedia mouth would bring them views.

Boom Studios announced the release date for the Shattered Grid omnibus :blessed:

But it's not until August 2019. :francis:

I get that omnibuses (omnibi?) take a while to come out, but I was hoping they'd be a bit more timely for what is arguably their biggest comic ever.

That's GUARAN-DAMN-TEED to make paper!

It actually pisses me off how clueless these WWE-ass ran comic companies be when it comes to understandling the modern day climate

Omnis take time because they demand accuracy. You don't want a 1000 page book misprinting one page (see the recent 4th World Omni).
