There was a fan letter in the latest black panther that convinced me to stick with the book.

Honestly it's not the best I've read but I understand that Taneshi is trying to develop themes and ideas.


I just hope that there's a payoff for the reader

The whole you shouldn't want to be a 'black bruce banner' line had me I think he is starting to get on a role now if he can get more complex with the plotting and scheming of t'challa ala Priest he'd be straight

Be careful sticking with books hoping for some huge payoff at the end. A lot of writers these days will deflect criticisms of their stories by saying "Just stick with us, I promise it'll be worth it in the end" and more of than not that shyt falls flat.

Coates was saying that during his first season and even a bunch of fans of his run said that shyt was underwhelming.

The series has gotten better, but Coates still has a poor grasp on T'Challa and what he's capable of.

Yeah I was a big fan of Black panther before this run. I'm not sticking with it because of Coates but because of Black Panther if I found out they got a new writer tommorow I would probably be happy to be honest

Doom thinks HE is superior. A pseudoscience with no basis with no basis in reality like eugenics should play any role in his thought process. It's beneath someone of his intellect.
