The first issue was him going on a gay dating site for the first time...sprinkled around visiting his pops in hospital and fighting some villain there.
This week's issue was he and Kitty and a pick-up mission for a new mutant, but Kitty having "the talk" with him as his most recent ex, in between their adventure. If they take out the gay-ish, it would be a fun series. They didn't even have to make him gay, but since they did...don't shoehorn a character with 50+ years of existence into some box that doesn't even fit the narrative.
When did Kitty and Bobby date? Only people that I recall her dating have been Colossus, Pete Wisdom, and Star Lord.

I just read the issue and I feel part of this is Ewing simply not wanting anything to do with Secret Empire since half his team is locked in outer space by a shield at least three of them should be able to bypass simply by the definition of what they are.

:francis:

And I don't mind the shift to more cosmic stuff, at first it felt a bit clumsy but lately it seems that Ewing has found his groove more with this stuff. If only Marvel can stop throwing trash artists on this book.:hhh:

you know the rules.

Marvel wants to get attention away from a book in favor of whatever they're pushing?

You put the shyttiest artist possible on it.

anybody else reading Ellis' Wildstorm?

It's great.

I..... I'm not sure if I want him reimagining Planetary, though.

:whoa: Not saying he has. I'm just saying he shouldn't.

I swear he wrote himself as Henry Bendix, though.

This book would prolly be better in TPB for the... normal? Casual? reader.

one thing i love about osborn is that hes really about that life. he may hate spider man, but he hates people that mock him even more. knowing how he made spock look like a bytch after finding out he wasnt the real spider man, i have no doubt he would have tried to kill mystique if she kept fukking around

I just finished reading X-Men Gold and saw Captain Marvel helping out the X-Men fight the nano Sentinels. How was she able to be involved when she's supposed to be stuck off the planet fighting the Citiuri. :dahell:

Also isn't New York supposed to be engulfed in dark matter or whatever? So why isn't it effecting stuff in comics based in NYC like X-Men, Kingpin, etc?! :dahell:

I liked how Black Panther gave Rogers that warning about trying to come to Wakanda again. How HYDRA think they can invade Wakanda when they repelled a Skrull invasion?! :pachaha:
