Idk if I'm on the shyt list but I should be.

Excuses
1) My only partner is in his 50s with injuries. He doesn't max or near max so I don't. When pops isn't with me I'm too antisocial to ask for spotting, I may work on what I think I can do about 6 reps of.
2) I'm afraid of fukking up my already suspect back.

I'm not benching 225 x 12.
I'm sure I can squat 225, I doubt I'll make it to 12.
I'd likely deadlift 225 x 12. I've done 2 plates with a hex bar so I don't see why not.

I can do 33 pushups in a minute. Before quarantine I might've gotten stopped at 8-9 perfect pull-ups, now I doubt it.

When it's truly safe to get back in the gym (live with 2 elders and already get enough exposure with 2 jobs) I'll hit and exceed these benchmarks.
