Leaving christmas eve coming back the 29th just a short trip.

Just going to walk around and take photos, might go to whistler last time I went i had a crummy camera back in 2014.

hoping as well some stuff will be open christmas day :to:

I have a buddy pass and it expires dec 31st just did israel two weeks ago so this is just a spur of the moment thing :heh:

That drive up to Whistler :ohlawd:

You will get amazing pics from that alone. If it snows (not sure it will), the University of BC campus and surrounding area would look incredible. That and Pepperdine and the two nicest campuses I've ever seen.

You could see Petey the gawd and Quinn Hughes on the 28th against the Kings. :obama:

Enjoy your trip, breh.

Posted in another cruise thread , but thought i would share

Just stepped off a 6 day carnival on the new ship (Horizon) on the 14th

I looked at my wife day one and asked were we on the 3rd annual dusty nikka cruise
At least 14 family reunions ( counted the different shirts)
I honestly believe for the first time in my life (26 cruises) there were more nikkas that any other race on the cruise
my neck was sore from all the head nodding i did

Saw some chick with white yarn crochet hair , like someone literally took some withe warn and made her a rageddy Ann style wig
saw hoez walking around with curlers in their hair, wrapped in showercaps, wearing bedroom slippers walking in public
nikkas with slides and dirty ass white socks cigarrette behind one ear ( saw crehs doing this too) maybe thats the dusty nikka starter pack

saw an OG playing basketball with a straw hat, panama jack shirt over a wife beater , gold chains and rings some below the knees shorts long black socks and some sandals with a cigarrete in his mouth
getting into arguments with the bus drivers in ports.

Now they stunted on formal nights though
I have been on cruises where their have been less than 10 black couples - this blew my mind.

Thinking of doing my first ski trip.. I want it to be an episode of Martin with the team chilling in the lodge, getting at Aquanettas all day.

My question is.......... What's Whistler like?

Anybody else done any ski/winter trips?

Went to Northern Thailand for almost two weeks, watching sunrise from the mountains :ahh: some beautiful areas about but definitely not worth the hype though imo

Has anybody been to Tokyo, Manila or Jakarta? Might have to go to those cities for a month long trip next year.

Been to Tokyo. I'll say make sure you choose the right month so you're not interrupted by their typhoons.

Depending on where you want to go, the JR Rail pass will have you seeing real Japan. The view outside the window of the train is beautiful as you pass modern buildings into time of the past, all while the train flies down the tracks.

Make sure your pockets are stacked because money gets drained out there so quickly. Have your fun budget, travel budget and food budget.

Thinking back on it, if you're in Tokyo you won't need to know Japanese. They assume you speak English but you'll get more out of your trip if you know the language.

After a while, with hearing so much Japanese you'll want to pick it up anyways.

If you have any specifics you want me to address let me know.

Thinking of heading over to Iceland and somewhere in Africa next year.

I'm going back to Japan for sure, maybe in time for the Cherry Blossoms.

Just got in today. Gonna be around Ikeja tonight then off to the island tomorrow (Lekki, VI and Ikoyi). So far so good. Lol, I've just been napping. Chillin with the fam for a bit before I head out. Tomorrow's the main day, got this day event to head to and then a few other link ups. Gonna be back to Lagos after the New Year as well.

Gonna bounce around the rest of Nigeria (Abuja and Port Harcourt). Don't think I'll be able to make it to Accra this time around. Too much going on in Nigeria at the moment.

Yo! Just touched down, what's the move?
