the fact I can even get 405 off the ground is amazing , my left knee is pretty much gone (been discussed multiple times here)

You right I'll give you credit for that because my knees hurt from squatting so I'll be a man and salute you to that.

But these other lifts? No

Ok breh I got you Wednesday or Thursday Ima complete the original challenge and shoulder press.

And I'm on a cut currently and actually woke up this morning at 6'1 206 so I'm a lot leaner than you and lighter than you far as height to bodyweight and still gonna smoke you and you carrying more body fat than me.

A year ago I posted a video doin 225 for 10 barbell shoulder presses behind the neck no spot. Now let's fake like you didn't watch it boy George :heh:

You couldn't even do one rep with 225 in any position :bryan:

You not 150 pounds, your form is shytty with those 80s doin maybe incline / maybe shoulders presses so nah

And for my weight and height I'm elite across the board. So the experts say I'm elite but some weak mushy lame cac on the coli says I'm weak :mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:
