I didn't like it
I'm still at awe after that clusterfukk of a finale. Just did way.....too....much.
Honestly towards the end, Yorke's score was the only thing keeping me awake.
So shudder did another joe bob Briggs marathon. The last movie was this flick called Blood Rage
I don’t know where to start
So it’s a mid-late 80s slasher flick about a kid who kills someone at a drive in and blames it on his twin brother. The twin brother gets locked away in an asylum and gets out 30 years later on thanksgiving. Which also happens to be the day their mom gets engaged. And that’s when the fukkery ensues.
The movie is always obvious about who the killer is and that’s not a knock. The kills are creative and gory as hell with some pretty cool effects. The characters suck of course lol but the real thing in the movie is the subtext and the ending.
If you’ve got shudder or amazon I highly suggest it. Plus I really want to talk about this ending with someone in here because

I thought it was good too but I wouldn't classify it as a horror movie.
I did not enjoy one second of this movie.
i honestly dont know what to think of this.
it was entertaining tho.

The mask/wig combo and his big ass hairy feet in those too small high heels was just wrong
Yeah it’s bugged out lol. And it wasn’t 30 years my bad. It was 10 or 20. The brother is college aged in the present day of the movie so the shyt must’ve went down when they were 10 or 12.
Please watch it so we can talk about the ending lol. I saw it one way but then joe bob said what he saw it as and it threw me for a fukking loop

That movie is so awesomely bad.
I don't get how there could be any questioning of the ending.
The fact that this movie being what it was that it didn't go for the obvious switcheroo ending was one of the few things I could honestly give it credit for.
Well see I initially took it as her being upset and couldn’t face facts she was wrong. Lol I didn’t put it together that she and the crazy son were fukking, which is why he’d kill anyone fukking because the initial scene was his moms and a guy fukking and that set him off. So the last scene, which was creepy as hell anyway with the way she was touching her other son? Yeah I completely got it once joe bob put it together for me.

I thought the gun scene was really promising but everything before and after was garbage. I felt like it had a premise with potential just off the strength of that one scene but never came through (and even killed the value of that scene with the next moment talking to the cops).
