I started this one a while ago with my GF. She wakes up thinking there’s people in our room or spiders on the bed, shyt like that. Lasts a few seconds before she snaps out of it. She turned this doc off after like 5 mins
Yeah they're called night terrors. Woke up and thought I saw a black widow on my bed the other night.....best believe I Ron Weasley'd the fukk outta my room.

As far as sleep paralysis goes, I'm happy I haven't witnessed this but at the same, the horror geek in me wants to see what it's like.

One of the first times she slept over, she woke up in the middle of the night, pointed at my closet and said “What’s he doing here?” and went back to bed. Now I’m sitting there, dead awake, like... should I just leave? Lol I’m used to it by now tho

I tried to find some hidden gems on Hulu but it did not work out. The Midnight Man and Rites of Spring are on some so bad that you might like them to get a laugh levels of awful. I also checked the new Blair Witch for the first time after hearing decent reviews...better than that other garbage but I wasn't really feeling that either.

Hulu horror movie selections are not good at all, too time consuming to try to find something halfway decent. I use hulu for comedies, UK shows or news type programs. But they do have a few watchable horror series shows - The Exorcist and the new Stephen King mini-series. I use Amazon Prime video primarily for horror (shudder, hbo, showtime, and cinemax add ons) and Netflix has some 'recently added' but I've already seen those multiple times (The Strangers, Emelie, Chernobyl Diaries..etc).

edit - The Enfeld Haunting on Hulu was also interesting.

Those 2 seasons of the Exorcist were really good. Too bad nobody watched them.

I liked both seasons too!.. but I guess we were the only few that did.. :( disappointed that it didn't get renewed. I liked the first season with Geena Davis better than the second season with the kids in the foster home. The first one was more straightforward with the story and background; I think they were going for more shock value in the 2nd series, with the reveal of the little girl with the pillow case mask and the possession of the foster dad -multiple plot attempts, too much for one season, they could have made one of the stories into a season 3.

Loved the exorcist. Wish it kept going but I think even if it was a ratings juggernaut or just a good soldier, it would’ve been canceled. Fox is going in a different direction. Surprised AMC didn’t reach out to them to air it on shudder
