LMFAO! Great flip on my favorite scene from the movie.
This is a good excuse for me to repeat my take Gonjiam >>> Grave Encounters
Body Bags deserves more mention with the great anthologies IMO. The hair story gets me laughing harder than any of the Creepshow gag stories. Ironically, the Mark Hamill plot reminds me of one of the VHS plots where a guy gets an eye implant with a haunting that's more tech-related.The other night I got really high before I threw on this stream for horror movies. It was this dude who had different eye colors visioning crazy shyt where he was like the entire time I was watching. My ass jumped between To every five seconds. After buddy destroys his backyard looking for a body I click off due to the intensity snd Never think about it ever again
I decide to put on Bodybags (1993). I get to the final story and it’s the same story from what I just mentioned above also I didn’t realize the actor in the role is a young Mark Hamil
Pretty entertaining movie tbh
I also threw on two evil eyes. Films from back in the day knew how to make scenes intense. The stories were fukking good too. I didn’t think I could find a horror story revolving around a cat so interesting… I feel like every film I watch Harvey Catiel in he’s always playing some alcoholic a$$hole lol… and the story about the old man was so fukking good!
I feel like the short stories in horror nowadays can’t compete to what I’ve been watching… vhs and the updated creep shows fall flat for me….
I really like the Last Exorcism, but I think the sequel was awful. The Last Exorcism sneaks on a lot of "best-found footage" lists, which is cool because it's one of the more creative premises IMO...though I think the Final Prayer (also called Borderlands) dealt with the loss of faith in a Found Footage setting better.Just watched The Last Exorcism. Decent film, but the climax was good. Didn’t see that coming. I actually saw part 2 some years ago before seeing this one. Wish I didnt donate so I could check it out again. Oh well.
I'm in..... Dracula starts streaming on Netflix today.
When I was growing up, I had a VHS that my famly had recorded Monster Squad and Little Monsters (with Fred Savage) back to back. I had those two movies on replay CONSTANTLY. "Wolfman has nards" was basically my first meme before memes existed. Finally watched Monster Squad. Wanted to watch this movie for so long and it was fun. Richie Aprile as the pilot.
Wasn’t expecting so many cuss words. Watched some of the doc and can’t believe Universal passed up on it.

It's crazy how I can deal with blood and guts spilling out in any other movie, but the head trauma here had me flinchin' at multiple points.Watched Talk To Me. 8/10. Ruthless ending Had no idea the RackaRacka bros were behind it.
This is the perfect example for why you should never judge something by its name. For a direct to video movie, it put a lot of theatrical films to shame w/ its special effects. And the acting wasn't bad, either. It did get a little predictable near the end, but overall it was good, fun ride. I love that it was set in a grocery store too. I've been chasing movies like that for a while now.Alien Raiders
Alien Raiders is an underrated flick. Feels like a quality extended Twighlight Zone episode. I think I mentioned it in the sci fi thread as well. This is the perfect example for why you should never judge something by its name.
