three very pretentious young ladies get stalked by a lunatic on a camping trip.
it was more of a thriller with horror elements
its more entertaining than i thought it would be, its still mid, but a decent time waster.
the shortened runtime helps this a lot

They never lean into it the way they should imo. The thing behind the corn is weak too. I think Hollywood loves the concept but there hasn't been a good movie in this franchise ever. The Tall Grass did all this monster in the field shyt better.

Sam Jackson is a dikk head. Orphan said she found some cigarettes and she's about to light up and Sam Jackson is like no no no. I thought he didn't want any second hand smoke. Then he lights the cigarette up. Orphan just came out the shower because she had to clean up the blood that was on her from killing her mom. Sam Jackson was like no bytch these my cigarettes

This movie was alright. The beginning was the most interesting part. The chaos at the airport. I watch The Crazies remake a couple weeks ago and I prefer that as a not technically zombie movie. This was alright and better than the reviews showed.

The messed up part of that movie is that everywhere Samuel Jackson and John Cusack show up - all hell breaks loose. Everyone they ran into ended up dead/ or amongst the undead. All of that effort they put into escaping with very minimal results

anyways that Slumber Party Massacre was good fukkery.

Update: Changed my mind- pass on this Slasher:Ripper shudder series- it’s too fukkin weird and the AGENDA is too heavy in this. All of this sexual underground weirdo torture porn network elite stuff turns this show into eyes wide shut after episode 3 . I’m done with it.

Shudder is turning into the Disney+ of streaming services - high expectations, low quality rate of return bc they feel a need to be extra with everything. This plot ain’t plotting.

Rewatched Carpenters Fog last night. Great score/atmosphere how I remembered but the payoff is not the best.

I watched Last Shift on Peacock.

The movie was alright. There's some good tension parts in there. I know the remake is suppose to add more to the story which is needed. Girl from Arrow was good especially when she talks to other people. She was 100% believe when she went into cop mode and started shooting. She'd make Diggle proud.

I'll check out Malum when it comes to streaming.

“FROM” had a strong Season 2 episode opener - I’m invested for the rest of the season…



(The daughter went from being an incessant selfish dyckhead teenager to her parents all of season 1 basically -now it’s a complete 180 - so at least her scenes aren’t as intolerable or distracting to watch as episode 1)

The bus driver of the new set of victims is annoying asf though- I hate the sound of her voice for some reason.

I watched The Vagrant last night with Bill Paxton and Michael Ironside. It's labeled as a horror Comedy but it is definitely more comedy. There were a few parts were I was laughing out loud.
