Yeah this is easily one of the best found footage movies so far and it's mainly due to the fact that it's being shot as a livestream by this doofus social media personality. It's honestly a great set up and this dude being such and idiot is entertaining as hell

Haven't seen it since I got it on bootleg. I enjoyed the movie. I swear they put that girl through everything in that movie. So much nasty stuff kept getting into her mouth
Tales From the Crypt Demon Knight
I haven't seen this since my parents dragged me to the movies as a little kid to the theaters. What the hell were my parents on to think this movie was ok
The special effects were really good and I liked Billy Zane's character. CC Ponder and Jada did well too.

I used to watch this on PPV with the cable box when it was on there. Pretty sure i watched it for the naked women which there's a lot of. I really enjoy the non nudity parts. I think the big bad was terrible, especially compared to Zane in the 1st movie

Hellraiser Hulu is confusing asf!!!! I was sitting here trying to fit the puzzle pieces of this movie together -but I’m lost. Did I need to watch the og Hellraiser to understand what’s going on?? Riley’s Boyfriend is laying in the couch and the owner of the mansion stops lurking, reveals himself and his body is hooked up to a contraption
Netflix horror movie newest or most popular content is about getting old (old people) , terminally ill dying teenagers (midnight club) and school shooting survivor (Luckiest Girl Alive). Netflix is dead set on making people depressed for Halloween season; they could have thrown in a slasher there to break up the cycle … damn
Caught Host (2020) earlier today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scares were fun, with plenty of subtle details roaming in the background where if you blink once, you’ll miss them. Acting was pretty solid for a bunch of unknowns. With the amount of thrills packed into only 57 min, it’s still a well-paced flick that makes for an easy commitment.
Wish I paid this more attention during the year it dropped, but I guess I just wanted no parts of films with ZOOM calls at the time. It’s a little easier to deal with now, lol.

That ZOOM movie era was crazy — agreed HOST was excellent. It was an unexpected superior movie in an otherwise year full of mediocre horror content back then. I think what made it so good was that it was organic which made for genuine jump scares and heavy tension.
There was another movie out back then with a similar style except that it wasn’t ZOOM- it was an UBER/LYFT scary movie. (Bc what’s a pandemic era movie without the Uber ride/YouTube extreme gone wrong sub genre
