I thoroughly enjoyed The Night House despite the fact it starred Rebecca Hall who's face I do not agree with.

That’s how I felt about the actress alongside her. Everytime I see Sarah Goldberg’s face, I’m instantly reminded of how fukking annoying her character is in Barry. Bravo to her, but damn.

Not going to lie, I want that bratty disrespectful angsty teenager who decided to not stay with her family in the town to not exist by ep 10. Wth is her problem??she’s the worst with that attitude of hers.

Being that the first 3 eps started off so strong and intense, I hope they don’t turn this series into another “walking dead” remix soap opera where the people spend 90% of their time dealing with their inner conflicts, standing around looking dumb for 40 minutes and starting their own drama, rather than actually fighting whatever those paranormal/supernatural beings are and figuring out how to leave from wherever they are.

Netflix is back on their bullshyt again with horrible horror content and TCM was a dub which makes it worse. There’s only so many Korean/Asian zombie horror flicks that I care to watch that they keep putting out back to back. Tubi is better than Netflix at this time. Netflix is only good for reruns or second watches of early 2000s era movies and background noise. I usually watch a lot of their foreign series but that’s not hitting the same either- it’s like a task trying to get through their content.

Boyd, the white Dad, the student doctor lady, asian man and Fatima seem to be the only thinkers and doers; the cult who stay in the house are weird - I think they lowkey actually WANT to be there in a twisted way and are not as motivated to find a way out bc they all seem to be rejects from Society in real life and emotionally depend on each other to their detriment.
