Thanksgiving isn't really known as a horror movie holiday but there are some Turkey Day horror flicks worth watching:
Blood Freak (1972)

Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead (2006)
When a fast food chicken restaurant is built on the site of an ancient Native American burial ground, the displaced spirits unite with the ghosts of exterminated chickens and transform into Native American chicken zombies seeking revenge!
Séance (2006)
Five college students left alone at Thanksgiving in their dormitory, an old converted Manhattan building, decide to hold a séance in an attempt to rid their dorm of a troublesome little girl ghost, but inadvertently bring back the little girl's killer.
