I did not enjoy False Positive.
I did not enjoy the fact that Awake on Netflix put me to sleep. We are in the same boat, 0 for 2.

Jello! This was the worst shyt movie that I’ve attempted to see- i saw the previews and the concept of no sleep was interesting but the execution was the worrssst. If it’s not a foreign horror film on Netflix - I don’t want to see anymore of the American branded garbage they produce.
I said the same thing - let me see what the wave in this movie is about, it turned out to be a ripple.
I hate everything about her and I’m happy this movie failed. That’s the only positive that came from this.
Plot: On a surveillance mission in a primordial forest, a park ranger encounters two survivalists following a post-apocalyptic lifestyle. The boy and his philosophical father seem to have their own religion, and a mysterious relationship to nature. There are many suspicious aspects to their existence, but when the cabin is attacked by strange, post-human beings one night, she learns that there is a greater threat in this emergent wilderness.

Aside from Gina Rodriguez being annoying the thing that really let me know how trash the movie was gonna be was how after 1 day of no sleep the church folk were ready to ritual sacrifice that little girl.
That’s at the spot where I stopped watching; I couldn’t tolerate anymore. The little girl was the best actress in the movie, ironically. Out of curiosity I went to IMDb to see the comments - they are bodying this movie. I’ve never seen so many 2/10 rankings on a movie. Usually IMDB is hard on movie scores imo, an IMDb 4 is like a regular reviewer 6 to me. But they were very accurate with Awake. I gave it a 2.0 just to add to the pile on off pure annoyance off my 30 mins waste of time

If you’re like me and need something funny/silly/ so stupid that it’s funny to watch after watching a horror movie has you shook to lift the tension, paranoid and doom out of the room - my suggestion. Reno 911- any clip with Deputy Jonesy or Raineesha
I finished watching the rest of that vid - the one with the mummified captain on the ghost ship and the train tracks, I’ve seen before.
#3 is insane - sex dungeon blood sacrifice stuff.
The girl in the catacombs - to me it seems like her friends left her there on purpose. That’s shady. They left here there for hours, didn’t call the cops or try to search on their own. That’s so f’ed up. I start feeling anxiety setting in when I take the kids to a corn maze or one of those fun house places where you have to find your way out through a series of tunnels; forget about an underground catacomb beneath the streets, the terror of knowing civilization is right above you but no one hears you, and no way out. I remember when my son was 5, I took him through one of those huge kiddie tumble parks, crawling through there with him bc I didn’t want him to get stuck or lost - but turns out I couldn’t see the way out, it was taking too long. I started getting sweaty and dizzy. So there’s like an emergency button you can push (I guess they know people can get claustrophobic in there). I pushed it and the man monitoring the ride opened up the escape hatch for an easy exit - I was so embarrassed trying to play that off
