The Outsider was good but the network “made for tv” Stephen King adaptations stay on bullshyt imo. Outside of maybe “IT” TV adaptation from the 90s or whatever time period that was- I can’t think of much else; the mini-series are just bad. Something always gets lost in translation between the book and TV movies. But his big screen releases are way better and more captivating. Except for IT2.

IMO the Shining mini-series was pretty good. It basically followed the book word for word until a confusing and unnecessary last scene.

Obviously no where near as good as the movie, but decent

Been meaning to ask..... the miniseries seems truer to the book though is the movie better since its a classic?
