This is true. It was about his son(s). One game flipped Shedeur from possibly being drafted day 3 in 2025 to now people thinking he's got 1st round chances this year.

The thing I wondered is if he should just let his son transfer to Alabama or Ohio State. Compete and likely beat those guys out for the jobs and make a name for himself there. However, yea he didnt want to veer off from the plan of seeing it through himself.

I do wonder if his son is late 1st round would he tell him to come back for a SR year or not. Hope he can find a QB in the portal if he goes pro.

I could be wrong but Shedeur originally was signed to FAU when Willie Taggert was there. maybe Prime always wanted shedeur to play for a black coach

I disagree with this. Shadeur could leave this year, Travis is only a sophomore, Dylan Edwards is a freshman. Not counting everyone else he's brought in/currently recruiting. He's already at 5 mil a year. I'm sure he'll be getting a nice bump if they continue to trend this way. Next year they go to the Big 12 where they'll be the big dog easily. Why leave?

Because the premier conference is the SEC, especially with Texas and OU going next year. If he's successful at Colorado he'll get more than that 5 mil at an SEC school and he'll be able to compete against the best. And he wants to be in the South. But he's gonna stay with Shedeur as long as he can.

He was NEVER getting that look at JSU ever. Deion knew that and couldn't kill his son's NFL chances cause they were playing FCS comp

Flacco and Wentz have the "look" scouts were looking for. Plus, Wentz and Lance came from a NDSU program that was winning NCs and beating FBS schools on the regular
