I only saw the first half of Nebraska, was Mayer that bad to get benched? Johnson and Mayer were the two biggest OL portal pickups and neither are starting. Hopefully the Charlie shyt is over and done with and Deion is serious now.

I think Mayer wasnt benched for being bad, but because it was thought that tyler brown was better there as guard is his more natural position than the RT they had been playing him at.

Idk honestly ...I think Benson has picked it up at RG and looks solid there..seems like they my have to just ride it out...but I do think Mayers was not the problem so maybe you're right and they do slide Benson back to tackle

yeah, but brown and seaton were pretty effective run blocking wise against CSU. if they can duplicate that performance or at least approach it then I dont know if you change things up
