What if the Chargers hired him? I'd trade Herbert (get a big haul), draft Shedeur and go to work. I don't care what anyone says, Herbert reminds me of Philip Rivers. Puts up big stats, bit can't win.

I'll tell you what. If Deion had maintained the momentum from earlier this year or if he stayed at Jackson (another great year) it would have been interesting to see what happens with that Texas A&M opening. They got the lines he needs.

Put Shedeur, Hunter on this Texas A&M squad and its gets really interesting.

The funny thing, they’d be a match made in heaven given the ties Deion has in Texas, plus their want to, the issue is he has no experience in that level of ceo, plus it’s a lot of out there, he has some growing to do (coach wise) before he takes on a bigger job

The thing is, as @CoryMack pointed out previously, top linemen recruits will continue to go to the traditional schools that are NFL pipelines for that position. The same schools, and conferences.

There's not much of a recruiting pitch you can make to keep them from there, or from the programs in their states that have been soft recruiting them since they were kids.

Linemen is not a pipeline like you think, cruise around rosters and look at starters, they from all over and usually smaller schools

Line play takes skill, but it’s a mentality and coaching way more, Deion needs to get his S&C program up, and he needs to reach into his nfl Rolodex and find an up and coming position coach pay him well and get him in the building
