If you've been in business for 50 yrs and have deep connections etc then you have that luxury.
That being said there are lot of Black contractors out there that can understand and may be willing/able to help. And it's definitely possible that you have to reach 20 before you find that one - but that's life and business in general.

Fyi...if you live or know someone who lives in Dolton:
I know several people who live in different parts of Dolton who have gotten their water bill recently and their bill was close to $1000, which is way much more than normal, with the same usage.
Apparently, there is some glitch (confirmed by the City Dolton) and they are addressing this issue (so they say). In fact, one of the people who informed me about said there were about a dozen other people there at the time for the same thing. If you get a high ass bill, don't pay it...take it to the office.
