this isn't true. chicago has 2.7M people with like 1/3 of them black. so that's around 900K blacks in the city alone.
atlanta is 420K people and 54% are black. ya'll have like 227K black people.

It’s no Mexicans in south shore
amd every black neighborhood is not being gentrified. Literally the only black hood being gentrified is East Garfield Park
my parents still out south in the 100s in the Pullman area. They are slowly but surely changing that area. But for some reason it’s not getting much attention.
They run over there off 115th but I don’t see them pushing into Roseland like that

White people have always been in Pullman. I would see them getting on the IC at 115th when we would come into the city from the south burbs and we left round ‘93.
I get a kick out of people who live in a particular neighborhood or township, but claim the area close to them that may be more affluent. Happens all the time
