You said all this and ain’t really said nothing. You didn’t say violence. You didn’t say education. You didn’t say jobs. You didn’t say COL. What does downtown rent, south side booty clubs, people stunting in the hood, and the similarities between HP and OPRF got to do with the price of tea?

I’v driven through Pill Hill a number of times but never really been up in there until about a year ago. Nice little neighborhood. Though I can imagine the type people over there because the person I was visiting is a headache. I was pleasantly surprised because their house appeared to be standard on the outside but really large and spacious on the inside. Only drawback is the caliber of businesses are not commiserate with the demographic of people, or at least the person I was visiting, in that area. Which makes me wonder why people stay? Like you would have to literally drive up to, at minimum, Hyde Park to do anything.

Metra full of uchicago employees , downtown office crowd. nurses, construction workers, and students. It’s times I’ve had Metra cars all to myself early in the morning, took a nap on the way to work.
