I used to work in the downtown location office gig.

They tech make really good money, know one tech army vet who only been there 4 years making 34 an hour .

They prior CBA was paying techs less & you got to stay at one shop. They most recent CBA pays more but they can move you around shops when they want.

Gonna be up to the individual employer more than likely. Companies will likely still enforce it if they have you in a safety-sensitive position or something that requires them to have insurance in case you can fukk somebody else up.
