Well I'm right on the border anyway but it's still Blue Lives matter central. I was at the BK on 110th and kedzie saturday and saw a young breh walking towards 111th and holding hands with his snow bunny as the sun was going down. This was st patricks day too, I wanted to tell him hurry up and get to that bus stop before somebody coming out a bar decides and act stupid.

Sad thing is that's a nice neighborhood for someone who wants to be near Chicago but not in the city. Nice houses without the inflated Chicago prices.

That's such a weird lil couple blocks right on the border of a really nice neighborhood.
They even built those new houses on vincennes over there years ago and folks still was being messy so it never really changed.
An associate of mine bought one of the new houses that never got finished years ago right there on 116th and vincennes for almost nothing and pimped it out. It's still really hood to be so close to Beverly, but it doesn't seem all that bad but I don't have a reason to be over there so IDK..

Its been said before , but most people from chicago arent moving to places like iowa Wisconsin and minnesota because they are doing well...it's the extreme opppsite, typically....public assistance reasons...

Not to say that people from chicago dont spread there wings elsewhere as well, but when black chicago people come up, they tend move to better neighborhoods in or beyond the city. If those people you came across had the means to do tge same , most of them would have easily....and some of them nikkas got RAN out the city too lmao

From what I've heard people with public assistance like section 8 are told that the available housing is in one of those States so they're effectively forced out.
