So my mom has a plan on buying a 2 flat for a decent price, and wants me and my lil bro in college to live on the 2nd floor. We'll pay rent and stuff like that.

Now when doing my dating scene shyt, even though I TECHNICALLY live with my mother, do I tell my date I live with my mother in this scenario? And would she feel comfortable moving in?

It's a full apartment floor, own kitchen bath and everything.
