Did some googling you are right

Julio Jones fractured his Lisfranc in the 2013 season. His next two seasons were career best at the time (albeit with Roddy White retiring) with 104/1593/6 in 2014 and 136/1871/8 in 2015.

Brian Westbrook injured his Lisfranc in 2005. His next two seasons were career best rushing 240/1217/7 and receiving 77/699/4 in 2006 and rushing 278/1333/7 and receiving 90/771/5 in 2007 while only playing 15 games each season.

Le’Veon Bell suffered a minor injury to his Lisfranc in 2013. His next two seasons he rushed 290/1361/8 and received 83/854/3 in 2014 and rushed 113/556/3 and received 24/136/0 over 6 games in 2015.

MJD injured his Lisfranc in 2012. He only played one full season after that and his production dipped by nearly 50% in 2013 when he rushed 234/803/5 and received 43/314/0.

Santonio Holmes severely injured his Lisfranc in 2012. The next season he had a sharp decline receiving 23/456/1 over 11 games in 2013. In 2014, he played less than 250 snaps and retired.

Cedric Benson injured his Lisfranc in 2012. He never played another snap after that.

Ronnie Brown injured his Lisfranc in 2009. He declined in 2010 by rushing 200/734/5 and receiving 33/242/0. He was relegated to backup duties in 2011 and never regained the job.

After a breakout year, Darren McFadden injured his Lisfranc in 2011. His next season he declined sharply rushing for 215/707/2 and receiving for 42/258/1.

After being drafted 9th overall in 2007, Ted Ginn Jr. injured his Lisfranc prior to his rookie season. He never reached his potential and put up less than 40 catches and 500 yards in 5 of his first 6 seasons while battling injuries.
to be fair, all those are 10 years ago :manny: and football rehab is notoriously garbage
You and everyone that dapper your lost is fukking stupid. He broke his foot not his leg.

The middle of his fukking foot
inability to shift weight in a effective way puts wild stress on parts of the body not built for it. every part of dude's body was a timebomb this year. he was never playing that many games this season and red shirting him early was always gonna be on the table.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
That’s exactly the reason why he got injured dummy

Dude is frail look at his legs

They about to snap

KD 6's are the most flimsy shoes i've ever owned.

The upper is just a thin cut of plastic with very minimal support.

Should have had on a more substantial shoe. Like a bron or curry shoe.

To kill any arguments about it being the floor conditions. shyt was a freak non-contact accident.

The big threat is the fact that an injury like that can compound into other injuries and quicker general wear and tear down the line.

It ain't the pro-ams fault either, this type of stuff happens with non-contact injuries when you play basketball. shyt could have happened during practice so are lottery draft picks not supposed to practice?

They won't watch the video. They believe he got hut because he's skinny.

The nikka is skinny and needs to put on weight I 100 % agree with that.

But he's not out for the season because he's skinny

the number of blue check NBA twitter guys of a certain demographic :mjpls: refusing to think Chet’s body has nothing to do with his injury and blaming a nonexistent wet floor is very telling

Nonexistent?

They literally had to cancel the game before halftime because players were slipping and sliding everywhere :skip:

Once again, it’s the effect not the cause. He has no core strength and no leg strength, which is why a half-speed Lebron drive knocked him completely off balance and created an awkward landing. On top of that, he has no leg muscles to help absorb the shock. His foot was forced to take all of the weight.

that kind of abduction risk goes through the roof when your body can't absorb the same force it puts out :dead: there wasn't even any real torque involved in here either

i think you're dismissing what the video is actually saying because dude didn't hyper emphasize strength/mass/balance/etc's part in all this. that's how these things get prevented or at the very least mitigated or reduced in severity. if that's all it took, he's lucky it was foot and not his hip tbh

:francis: Shai just wasting away in OKC
Unfortunately he signed the extension so it would be hard to force his way out unless the Thunder are open to dealing him for more picks. Shai is going to be entering his prime stuck with 20 year olds losing.
