I’m in plaza midwood now. I like it so far. I don’t like steel creek or south Charlotte that much. I still from to time go up to North Charlotte. I really liked living in that area.

Ballantyne area good luck over there. They don't like brehs around that area especially around exit 59. Don't be surprised if you get the "wrong order" while eating out at a fancy restaurant.

I’ve never lived over there. Most of the time I’ve worked in ft mill & south Charlotte so it seemed out the way…I lived in university when I worked uptown tho

I have a rental property in Plz Midwood, that area is quirky (not fond of the hipster crowd) but peaceful with a lot of nice restaurants and centrally located to everything. University City is an odd area to me..10-15 years ago, that was a very chill area, I stay hearing about shootouts, robberies and stabbings now. Very weird. It’s probably growing pains but I’m leery of that area at the moment.

It’s a toss up there..almost punched this white dude out at the Butcher’s Market for getting smart after I told him repeatedly he trying to fukk me l over on some cuts of filet mignon and he gonna say “Who’s running the shop? Me! I know what I’m doing. You don’t.”

Firebirds and 131 Main I’ve been too though and never had issues with the food or service.

Both my sisters live over here, we live within 5 minutes of each other. It’s such a cute little hipster area, technically I live right on the border of cottswald.

I actually was looking at steel creek at one point, I was going to get a townhome in the ayersley area. But I just don’t like that area. I like Ballantyne—it reminds me of the area I grew up in when I was living in Chicago, suburban and nice, but it’s so out of the way and traffic there seems ridiculous.

Once you get off that exit pick any of those restaurants to the right when you turn into that plaza with the chick fil a on the outside. This weekend we went to a spot where they forgot wifeys sauce on her swarma, also forgot my daughter's order totally. They claimed it was a miscommunication in the kitchen.

Only thing about the Steele Creek area is that bottle neck traffic. I don't want any parts of that.

Yeah it had issues at times but not when I worked in FT Mill. Everybody else was going the opposite way
