I never pay attention to other people that much to notice, tbh, so if what she’s saying is true I’ve never noticed it. Also probably depends on what part of Charlotte your staying in. Maybe where she stay that’s what she seeing.

I’ve been told that a lot of brehs do IR out here but I never notice it either. I think people just make generalizations of their own experiences.

When I moved her last year that was one of the complexes I visited .


I views a bunch of spots that were nice on the outside with cheap ass rent but had tell tale signs that it was good.

But coming from North Jersey, if you got a pool it cant be good. That was my first dose of a new reality.

My homeboy lives in a decent part of it but it might be the absolute best part of Steele Creek to live in. Man I can’t imagine having to live in that complex dealing with that crap.
