Why is Midnight Diner always packed? food wasn't that good in my opinion

Always packed cause its the only thing to eat in that area, especially since they have free parking for eating there. Its 24/7, and people flock to a spot that they see others at.
What did you get?

It was alright but i've had better

I think the have my fav shrimp & grits there.
As far as “must eat” places..... really depends on your taste.

I'm not a good person to ask on that. I can't even recall the names of the majority of places I've ate(save for a few) since I've been out here. What is Charlotte known for her anyway? Nashville is known for meat and threes, Chicago Pizza, Philly Cheese-steak, what food is a Charlotte staple?
^Cant help you too much with eateries as I’m fairly new. I’ve only been to a couple spots. Here for suggestions also. Places I’ve hit/planned to hit but something came up below.
Midwood Smokehouse was cool. I hear Sweet Lews better though.
Superica - Chain but was great - maybe my best meal in the city so far. Pricey for what it is
Amelies - French Bakery, hit this spot with a chick at like 4:30 am Og location eclectic
Sports One - Folks I was with enjoyed it
Seafood Connection - I hear great things not big on seafood. Still will try 1 day

It’s at The Filmore Saturday. I’ve heard good things from other cities. Hopefully there’s a good amount of women there cuz my Roster pathetic lol.

That's my area. Theyre turning that into a restaurant turning the barbershop and computer businesses next to boris and natasha into a restaurant, attempting to reopen another restaurant in the old penguin location, and the building where my nikka pat's store theyre turning into a restaurant.
