Think a predatory loan company will take you to court over a 1000-10000 loan; and argue that shyt in front a judge they will just sell your debt to a collection agency, court is expensive

They took me to court before a different company. But I was refusing to pay and the ducked the debt collectors for months. It was only a 100 pond loan but I ended having to pay like 600 back
for some reason i keep thinking hes the caleb that got upset by somebody...but thats a nice step up for him..porky will put him through the wringer if he is not up to par

If you have credit cards,a car loan, mortgage etc your credit will work out itself out and you could be back to finessing payday loan companies within a year, but fukk em.....Payday companies would have us doing wreckless shyt out here until we find out they really never do shyt, as like I said court is lengthy and cost money, if you dont owe one company like 15,000-20,000 they wont fukk with u too much
