Badou Jack-Cleverly

That should be easy work for Jack.. people thought Cleverly would be another Calzaghe but he aint ever lived up to expectations... hes a come forward type fighter that doesnt really pose much threat to Jack because his power is average and his footwork is average too meanwhile Badou Jack is your typical does-everything-right type solid boxer. I dont even know how Cleverly got another title shot. Its a good fight for casuals because of Cleverly's style of bringing the fight to you + he has a chin but he takes more punishment than he needs to (see his Kovalev fight)

I think Jack stops him late or cruises to a 116-112 type decision

connections I guess

Last day I read Crolla said the winner of him vs Burns gonna get a title shot :hhh:

that fight should be a loser leaves town type of fight not a "winner is in for a title fight" fight. Both lost 120-108 on their last fights I have no intention in watching either of them going for a title after that.

:leon: The Communist linked up with Jacobs' coach and Lou DiBella

Gonna be interesting how he moves forward in his career

bot of his losses were "could go either way" type of losses and he has potential. A world class coach can bring out the maximum from him and he also has a strong backing on promotional front now

BoxingScene.com has been advised that former two-division champion Devon Alexander (26-4) will return to the ring on October 3rd in a Fox Sports 1 main event against Walter Castillo (26-4-1).

Alexander has been out of the ring since losing an unanimous decision against Aaron Martinez in October, 2015. The fight was his second loss in a row after also losing a decision to Amir Khan.

The St. Louis native has since turned around his life after overcoming an addiction to prescription painkillers and is now training with his long time trainer Kevin Cunningham at Cunningham's new gym down in Florida.

The fight will likely take place in Orlando with Jervontae Stanks (13-2) facing an opponent to be determined in the co-feature slot.
finallly..castillo is a good fighter to gauge where devon's head is at

[VIDEO] MAYWEATHER SR. TELLS ADRIEN BRONER TO GET A NEW TEAM OR LEAVE BOXING ALONE || FIGHTHYPE.COM

I been saying this for a minute. It's over for Broner & Stafford....they need to part ways, because AB is not improving or ready for the top tier with Stafford leading the way. If you want to use the shoulder roll, then learn from the man who taught the shoulder roll to your idol, simple as that.

Quit being hard headed and stubborn:snoop:

I got a lot of respect for big Floyd but his interviews are such a pain to listen to. :why: Somebody tell him who Danny Garcia is please. SOmebody just needs to get Broner to let his hands go. His defense wouldnt be so bad if he threw more. I know throwing creates openings and he could get countered but fighters only have to defend for 30 seconds a round when facing him.
