How was that card breh, truly felt like the worst card I saw this year.

the card was straight..the untelevised undercard was pretty live as was the crowd..the dancers and DJ kept the energy going.my homegirl that i was with enjoyed herself esp since our seats were good..but televised i guess it would be showtime's worst of the year

So, you're gonna dismiss the fact that the judges all had it 7-5 for Thurman....which is the very definition of a close fight....and only address the fact I said the crowd booed him?:patrice:

Come on breh, explain to me how Porter lost by at least 3 rounds, which is impossible first of all:heh:, but the fact Porter outlanded him and all 3 judges had Thurman winning 7-5, to you it wasnt a close fight at all?:jbhmm:

:mjlol: Obviously not if you said Porter lost by at least 3 rounds to Thurman:dead:

Really?:jbhmm:

So, there were 4 rounds that could've went either way....but you're saying my card was wrong for having Easter winning a fight YOU only had Commey winning by 1 point in.

Then, let's address that 1 point edge you gave: The round that gave Commey the win on your card (the 8th) was because of a false KD that never occurred, being that Easter never actually touched the canvas, so it should've been a 10-9 round on your card:sas1:

Also, a quick count shows that you gave Easter 6 rounds (1, 4, 5, 6, 7, & 12) then gave Commey 6 rounds (2, 3, 8, 9, 10, & 11)...so what are you talking about breh? Without a false KD, you had the fight a draw....and you're saying there are 4 rounds which are toss up's which means you can see the fight going to either fighter since you only had it 114-113.:sas2:

Were we right in our perception of Spence, or were you?:sas1:

We said Spence was elite way before a fight with Brook, you claimed if he beat Brook then he'd be elite, bc you didn't think he was able too....................who was right all along?:sas2:

He literally broke bones in that man's face and made him bow down and submit to him. If that's not destruction, what is it?:dwillhuh:

Congratulations.....you finally found out what we knew all along:ld:

You said Brook would do it. He failed. Now, you're saying the same things, again, except you're just exchanging Shook's name with Run Time's.

I didn't make up anything breh, I just posted the receipts.....receipts never lie, because they're your own words. We even had the Boxing Gawd @Yuzo swoop down from the mountains to drop gifs and explanations as to why Spence was going to beat Brook to you, but you didn't care bc you were fully convinced that Spence would lose to Brook:yeshrug:

So, it seems like you're taking the same path of denial for a Thurman/Spence altercation, which is fine. Just be ready to face #TheTruth after this fight ends with another man down.....Thur-MAN DOWN:smugbiden:

So judges get things right all the time now huh? How many times have we all agreed that the right person won but the scorecards were off??? Valdez vs Marriaga ring a bell? And now you're using punch stats to support your post :sas2: Who controlled fight? Who was the EFFECTIVE aggressor? Who landed the clean & effective blows? Who's defense was better? These are things most casuals don't look for & you know it. Using the crowd to prove you point isn't accurate in this case. You trying to prove this is showing your own bias right now :sas2: About the Commey/Easter fight, that might not have been the best example but my point still stands. That fight was wayyy closer than Thurman/Porter where I thought Commey should've won. And that knockdown wasn't a real knockdown but my point still stands because of the swing rounds & what you saw. I'm not the only one that thought Commey won but I won't name names :sas2:

And nikka just because you jumped on the Spence bandwagon doesn't mean I'm required to :russ:He has flaws & was untested. He beat a top WW & NOW he's a proven elite talent & fighter. I see nothing wrong with waiting for a fighter to prove he's one of the best. You guys were right about the fight but have yet to come to terms with his flaws & another elite fighter exploiting it. Brook didn't fight a smart fight & I blame his corner for some of that. When Spence made slight adjustments Brook did nothing but keep fighting the same way. He didn't feint much, he didn't vary his right hands up, & he didn't throw many combos. Most of his shots were one at a time & at the elite level that's not good enough. And you keep making shyt up again I never "fully convinced that Brook would beat Spence". I said I slightly favored him because of his experience & Spence's lack of. Fighters get hurt all the time bruh & Brook did quit but he wasnt "destroyed" or "dominated". That fight was competitive but the tide turned & he quit. For the record I'm not in denial about anything. I can list Thurman's flaws & name fighters whom I'd favor to beat him. It seems you're in denial about one of your squad members flaws & are caught up in his hype.

Everyone talks about Spence flaws and what Keith will exploit but what about Keith's flaws that Spence would exploit...when did Keith become the exception

:sas1:

Thurman uses his legs too much to get out of danger & that will come back to haunt him. He'll get stopped if he doesn't correct this or try to incorporate a better defense. He also tends to get wild at times. Sometimes he rushes in head first without a jab & someone will exploit that. I noticed that in the Ghost & Swift fights. This is right off the top

***Edit***

When a fighter is being touted as the heir apparent (Thurman really wasn't mentioned in that context) he's gonna be put under a microscope. And if said fighter has serious flaws then it'll be talked about

The fight was close. You haven't posted anything showing why you felt it wasn't....you're just asking ME questions, instead of proving your point that Thurman won by at minimum 4 rounds:ufdup:

You said the fight wasn't close. But yet I had Porter winning, the scores from all 3 judges was 115-113, the crowd booed Thurman, many articles and people in the boxing media have it scored 115-113 and written about how close it was.........but it wasn't a close fight to you. Explain how?:comeon:

About the Commey/Easter fight, that might not have been the best example but my point still stands. That fight was wayyy closer than Thurman/Porter where I thought Commey should've won. And that knockdown wasn't a real knockdown but my point still stands because of the swing rounds & what you saw. I'm not the only one that thought Commey won but I won't name names :sas2:

:mjlol: this is when you know you , but you still gotta keep going, bc you don't wanna admit you're wrong brehs:mjlol:

You brought up the fight, to try and throw shade on me, but it didn't work bc this the top floor, penthouse baby.....we an open window over here:umad:

You scored a fight 6-6, said there were 4 rounds that could've went either way (meaning that it could've been 8-4 either way), admitting the KD wasn't a real KD (which ALSO means there's no way you could've scored it for Commey since the KD wasn't real...the fight would be 114-114 on your card:umad:) but then question why I had Easter winning:russ:

Come on breh......tighten up:dead:

And nikka just because you jumped on the Spence bandwagon doesn't mean I'm required to :russ:

:russell: I just got on the Spence wagon?:jbhmm:

If only Thurman had the same confidence as his stans...we would've seen him in the ring with both Spence & Porter in the same year:wow:
Yep...priced himself wayyyyyyyyyyyyy out to avoid that fight. And amazingly, he tricked enough people to actually believe Spence didn't deserve the fight, but yet all the other opponents Thurman faced did:russ:
Beating Spence, a highly touted contender, former Olympian, & the person alot of people (fans and media) think is next up to run Welterweight since Floyd has retired, doesn't do anything for his career, but beating "Leonard Bundwho?"and a washed up Luis Collazo did?
NtScaki.gif
So what did Leonard "Bundwho?" do for Thurman's career that Errol Spence wouldn't do more for? But yet, Thurman fought him, but shouldn't fight Spence:comeon:
Say amateur careers/Olympic credentials don't matter or increase your prestige coming into the pros as a young contender brehs:snoop:

Are you really gonna sit here in your #Thurminator Shades and act like Thurman fighting Spence wouldn't matter?:dahell:

Really?:usure:

If Thurman agreed to fight Errol Spence right now, it would be on PBC on NBC on Saturday at 8pm....and would be touted as a big fight and great matchup:camby:

Errol Spence is better right now than anyone Thurman has ever faced. You gotta be kidding me.

The point I was making was that he fought THEM, but yet he's too big to fight Spence?:shaq2:

Nobody in their right mind would pick neither Bundwho? nor Collazo to beat Spence in 2015, but yet Spence shouldn't be able to get a fight with Thurman right now, while they were allowed too?:comeon:
This nikka Thurman hiding in plain sight from Spence (and from Porter until further notice:birdman:), but because he has wavy hair and talks with a lisp...nikkas talking down on Spence. Like HE'S the running from the challenge or don't wanna fight:mjlol:

Say Spence doesn't deserve to fight Thurman, but then turn around and believe Beterbiev deserves to fight a much more accomplished fighter in Kovalev brehs:francis:

Which one is it?:snoop:

^^^^ That's from 2 years ago (2015)...arguing this with @King P. Ive been speaking about The Truth > Thurman for a couple years now:smugbiden:

By the way, don't forget you already wanted to hop on the Spence bandwagon yourself, I don't have to force you...........Go-Go-Gadget RECEIPTS

giphy.gif

That Algeria showed me that man's Norris mean streak.

I might have to join the #TeamTruthSerum, #TheTruthTroops, #TheTruthGuerrillas or #TruthSeekers

I cant wait to see how you attempt
full
your way out of this blatant bandwagon hopping, only to talk down on him later after he beats who you claim he couldnt:mjlol:

He has flaws & was untested. He beat a top WW & NOW he's a proven elite talent & fighter. I see nothing wrong with waiting for a fighter to prove he's one of the best.
For some Boxers, their talent is glaring and evident....Spence fit the bill, so we already stamped him:yeshrug:

We already knew he was elite, you were late to the party:hubie:

You guys were right about the fight

Of course we are....we're #TruthSeekers.

but have yet to come to terms with his flaws & another elite fighter exploiting it.

How can you say that when you haven't argued with any Spence stan who's said he doesn't have any flaws?:jbhmm:

The problem you're having is that you're projecting statements, quotes, never said onto US.....but their false. We know Spence has his flaws, however, we believe there's no one at 147 who can take advantage of them.

Thurman is going to be another victim, and then you're going to start typing all the same stuff again, but just fill in the blank with another fighter instead of Brook & Thurman:manny:

Brook didn't fight a smart fight & I blame his corner for some of that. When Spence made slight adjustments Brook did nothing but keep fighting the same way. He didn't feint much, he didn't vary his right hands up, & he didn't throw many combos. Most of his shots were one at a time & at the elite level that's not good enough.

@Yuzo told you this, and said spence via ko.....you were aware of this, but still thought that was enough for Brook to beat Spence:yeshrug:

And you keep making shyt up again I never "fully convinced that Brook would beat Spence". I said I slightly favored him because of his experience & Spence's lack of.

How am I making it up, when you literally just typed, directly afterwords, that you favored Brook over Spence........which would mean you were fully convinced that Spence loses:dwillhuh:

You had some doubts in your head that you didn't let us know about? Because I posted EVERY post of yours in that thread that led up to Brook/Spence, and in not 1 of those posts did you say Spence wins:usure:

Fighters get hurt all the time bruh & Brook did quit but he wasnt "destroyed" or "dominated".

Breaking bones in someone's face is not considered destroying them?:jbhmm:

Interesting outlook.

That fight was competitive but the tide turned & he quit. For the record I'm not in denial about anything. I can list Thurman's flaws & name fighters whom I'd favor to beat him. It seems you're in denial about one of your squad members flaws & are caught up in his hype.

Caught up in the hype? So Spence is "hype" now?:jbhmm:

How could it be hype, when you just admitted that Spence is elite and you wanted to jump on the bandwagon????:patrice:

Some people just hate The Truth I guess:yeshrug:

how do you know it wont be indongo vs garcia/broner winner? :patrice:

cause craw is just too damn good.

indongo is just too slow for craw and not a good enough boxer. ive seen nothing from him that wont make me think this is another postol style fight.

u always think opponents will give craw problems....same with postol and felix.:russ:
