ABC organization can exclude him from rankings but nobody gonna ban him from the sport...

We weren't talking speed and power though...only speed. Speed wise, I don't think anyone has faster hands than Rau'Shee.


GRJ has more power than Rau'Shee, but he still only has a 57% KO ratio himself.


Best speed & power in the sport? I'd probably go with Guillermo Rigondeaux

No doubt he's fast but I don't think he's as fast punch for punch real time fight night as GRJ. I wouldn't argue though if anyone else thought he was faster
