Another Gold Medal
with the way HBO has treated him, I don't blame him. especially with how HBO made it seem like he was ducking kovalev from the get go. then after the decision, they zoom in on him and make it seem like he was shocked that he won. ward has done commentary with HBO and worked alongside these guys many of times, and i'm 100% positive they probably kiss his ass when he's in their presence. why would any self respecting man give a fukk about these two faced clowns?.....ward don't gotta do shyt but show up to fight. he already fought kovalev and won and HBO refused to give him any credit for it. like he said saturday night. HBO billed the fight as "pound for pound", then they went back on their word. you think if kov won the controversial decision, HBO would be acting in the same manner?:mjpls:........HBO's treatment of ward has been an absolute joke, but they still expect him to fall in line and keep a smile on his face. fukk all that.

spot on......they been giving him that Floyd treatment right before he said fukk it n left to showtime.

Artur Beterbiev Moves To Terminate His Contract With Yvon Michel

The unexpected turn of events takes place on the brink of Beterbiev finally locating an opponent, Enrico Koelling, to face him in an IBF final eliminator. The winner of that contest would be in line for a mandatory world title shot against the the winner of next month's rematch between champion Andre Ward and challenger Sergey Kovalev.

"Regardless of his recriminations at the moment, we still consider Artur to be a member of GYM and his proposed IBF title eliminator against German Enrico Koelling is still valid," said Michel to RDS.

Michel said he that learned of this news "with great disappointment" through a bailiff on Monday afternoon. He admitted, however, that Beterbiev had already informed him of his intention, first verbally and then through his lawyer.

GYM said these comments "will be the only ones to be published until there are other developments on the subject".

BoxingScene.com has obtained a copy of the legal documents that were filed by Beterbiev.

Some of the claims that he's alleging include - GYM failed to get him six fights during the first year of their deal, five fights during the second year, four fights during the third year. GYM failed to pay him his purses within 10 days of each fight.

Beterbiev claims in his papers that for his fight with Ezequiel Maderna from last June, he did not receive his full purse until August of the same year. Also, he says his fight with Ranoni Prieto from last December, was not paid out until March of this year.

He's also making a claim, that in the worst case scenario, to have his agreement with GYM expire on June 8 of this year.

Good for him. He's had one fight since his injury and I think 3 (could be 4) fights since Campillo.........shyts a joke.

BeterBeast has a very hot name in Europe, and in Canada. GYM is only making him lose his buzz. How is Jean Pascal, who trains in the same gym--is nowhere near as good, and commands more money, fighting 2-3x as much as BeterBeast? I hope Beast goes straight to RNS, One of the english dudes or Haymon/DiBella.

beterbiev is already with haymon - http://www.boxingscene.com/artur-beterbiev-inks-long-term-pact-with-al-haymon--92037 which is why im surprised he hasnt played more of a role in this situation..i mean he is the "advisor" for him and he is one of the few fighters haymon advises that actually wants to fight frequently

He's already with Haymon though
I'm wondering if he only has a problem with GYM or with Haymon/PBC too
