"Anthony Joshua is the man that I want," Wilder says ... "My blood's boiling right now!"
Wilder says he's willing to put his belt on the line for a shot at Joshua in what he believes would be "the biggest mega-fight in world history."
"You put your belts on the line, I'mma put mines on the line. And at the end of it, we'll see who come out clear of the gun smoke!"
"And I guarantee you ... out of all the gun smokes I done been through, I always been that motherf***er with the guns on this hip with the clip!"
Joshua is going to return at the end of the year, according to his promoter Eddie Hearn, on a date in October or November. The opponent is unknown, but likely will not be Wilder. Joshua is under order to make an IBF mandatory defense against Kubrat Pulev, there is also the WBA's mandatory challenger Luis Ortiz, and Klitschko has the idea to exercise an immediate rematch clause.
Wilder himself has a mandatory defense on his doorstep, with the sanctioning body naming Bermane Stiverne as the top challenger. Wilder defeated Stiverne for the title in January 2015. The rematch is expected to take place before the end of the year. Wilder was in action back in February, when he stopped Gerald Washington.
